  • I have questions / inquiries about my order, how do I contact you?
    Do not hesitate to send me an email if you have any questions! I do my best to respond within 24 hours during the work week. BUT: Please check out the FAQ first. Your question might be answered there. Email: shop@sosialantenne.no. (You can also use the contact form here )
  • I need to get my order as soon as possible (as it is a GIFT for someone). How can I receive my order FAST?
    I always recommend buying gifts from my store at least 2-3 weeks ahead of your planned delivery. (Or even several months, just to be sure you will receive it in time). Shipment and packing might take some days, so it is never a good solution to order something a few days ahead. (At least if the order has to be shipped by mail). In some cases, you could pickup an order at the same day, but it is a rare shot. Please be early out with ordering a gift. The reason for this, is that most prints and posters are produced on demand, and orders are manifactured between 1-4 times a month.
  • Do you do personal portraits? (Commissions)?
    Yes! Check out this list for more information.
  • What are the shipping options?
    You can choose to get it shipped with tracking, no tracking or pickup. Tracking is more expensive, but you will be able to track where your order is. Remember to check your spam folder for shipping confirmation mails. Pickup is only available in Stavanger. (At the moment). International shipping does not have tracking (yet).
  • Do you ship outside Norway?
    Yes! I do. But please note that the international Postal Services is usually very slow. We have experienced some international orders have arrived 2-3 months late! The shipping from Norway is also pretty expensive, but sadly there's nothing I can do about it.
  • When can I pick up my order?
    You have to email me (shop@sosialantenne.no) to arrange a pickup date and time. I ask that you keep in mind that a lot of the products (posters and art prints) are produced on DEMAND, so please allow 2-14 days (or even longer) for your items to be printed, packed and prepared for pick up. I am not the most flexible and available person. I offer a few possible pickup points, and you must choose which one who suits you best. If none of the pickup point fits you, it is recommended to get the order shipped by mail.
  • Where can I pick up my order?
    In Hillevågsveien 18, 4016 Stavanger. Outside the main entrance of H18. Remember that you HAVE to arrange a pickup point beforehand. You can't show up without an appointment.
  • When will I receive my order? (Shipped by mail)
    This is a difficult question to answer. Usually, all orders are being sent out within a week after being placed, but sometimes it takes longer time. I produce, pack and ship orders usually between Sunday to Tuesday. It depends a lot on my workload and schedule. In some periods it's even more rare (1-2 times a month). I ask that you keep in mind that a lot of the products (posters and art prints) are produced on DEMAND, so please allow between 2 to 21 days (+/-) for your items to be printed, packed and shipped Also, the postal services can be delayed at times. So, I would say (approximately) you will receive your order between everything from 1-3 weeks after the order has been placed. Usually 3-14 days (with normal shipping). (Around Christmas it takes longer). Norgespakke takes about 1-5 days, after shipping date. International orders can take up to one month. (It's been a lot of delays earlier) I ask you to be patient. Although, if you have not received your order within a month, please contact me.
  • I have not received a shipping confirmation yet. What happened?
    Please make sure you have checked your spam folder in your inbox. Sometimes my emails end up there. If the shipping confirmation is not there either, it is probably because the order has not been shipped yet. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks before contacting me about shipping confirmation.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you have changed your mind BEFORE you have received a shipping confirmation, it is still possible to cancel. You have to email shop@sosialantenne.no as soon as possible. (Or DM me on social medias) If you have changed your mind AFTER you have received the order, it is not possible to cancel the order. If you want a refund, please check out the REFUND-tab.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    Sadly, we are not responsible for missing packages due to the postal service mistakes. Sometimes the post office manages to mess up, and the orders go missing. HOWEVER, we will try our best to help assist you by either give you a refund or a replacement. Once we deliver our orders out to the post offices, we no longer have control over the packages. (Usually there's a mistake with the address, or the customer didn't get notified that the package arrived the post office) If you are scared your order will disappear, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking (at checkout).
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact me through email (as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement (or a refund). Please document the damages with photos. If the damages are comprehensive enough, it might be qualified for a full refund. You can also get a replacement (without any cost) -- but you have to pay for new shipping. (This is only valid for prints and posters)
  • Can I get a refund?
    All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please contact me through email as soon as possible and I will be happy to send you a replacement (if you pay for new shipping) or a full refund. Please document the damages with photos.
  • How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
    Email me at shop@sosialantenne.no, and I will be happy to help. (Or DM me at social medias) Do it as fast though, or it might be shipped-- and it will be too late to change.
  • Why is the shipping so expensive?
    I am not the one to answer OR decide this. If you have questions about shipping rates, please contact Posten.no. Shipping is calculated by the order's totalt weight.
  • What does it mean by a print being "numbered"?"
    To have a numbered piece of art means that the artist or printer has indicated on the art that this piece is the X numbered print out of a total of YY prints printed in that particular edition, making it a limited edition. A limited edition is the entire number of copies of an art reproduction printed from a single original work, with no additional copies to be made after this release. Example: 2 / 30
  • Will "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" products be restocked?"
    Sadly NO. These products are numbered, signed and limited edition. That makes them more exclusive and valuable. In some few cases, it will, BUT only for a limited offer only (like a SALE).
  • Some sizes are not available. What is the reason for this?
    If a size is not available, it is because it is sold out.
  • I can not find the poster I am looking for, in your store. Can you help?
    Yes. If there is a product you want, please contact me and we can figure out if it is possible to print or not.
  • Why is your shop closed in some periods of time?
    That is because sometimes I need a break. (As everyone else). It is hard to manage a store, fulltime job and fulltime studies. In some periods I have a lot to do, and cannot run the shop. During an examination period, I might not be availble. I will open it up again as soon as possible. Usually I will tell you when.
  • Why is the print I received GRAINY? Is it a defect?
    No. 95% of all prints and motives have an added GRAIN/NOISE effect on them. It is on purpose, to add a cool texture to the artwork. (And NO, I cannot remove it. It is a part of my style). ;-)
